SMT PRODUCTION

The core of SMT Production is 3 SMT Pick and Place lines (total of 7 JUKI P&P). Each line includes 1 chip shooter and 1 or 2 Flexible mounter allowing us to mount all types of components, including BGA, µBGA and particular chip which needs vision centring, with a 40.000 CPH capacity. Elfes Technology carries out mounting and welding using different techniques, such as dot gluing, single and double melt-back, in order to meet all clients requirements.
